- 9:00am – 9:30am – Mass gathering at Murama Dance Ground
- 9:30am – 10:00am – Volunteers setup
- 10:00am – Doors Open to main venue and satellite venues
- 10:30am 2:30pm – Sessions
- 4:00pm – Doors Close
