Orange was the destination of this year’s expedition. Orange was the birthplace of Banjo Paterson, one of Australia’s most beloved bush-poet and author. Clancy of the Overflow, The Man from SnowyRiver and Waltzing Matilda are well know titles in every Australian household.
The 2026 Geocaching NSW trackable geocoin is beautifully custom designed in the shape of the state of NSW with the association’s logo and mint year on one side and on the reverse, a scene from The Man from Snowy River, and a number of the titles of his most famous poems and short stories. Another great design from ziggiau and noisiepittta.
